Research methodology

A qualitative design, built to uncover motivations, decision processes and the language people actually use.

  1. 1Brief
  2. 2Subscriber interviews
  3. 3Usage analysis
  4. 4Insight

We interviewed subscribers and analysed usage to find disengagement patterns. Interviews included subscribers who renewed, those who cancelled and those who had downgraded, and usage data showed which reports and alerts people actually used. We combined interview findings with usage data to build an early warning score for disengagement.
