What is PROJEXA?

PROJEXA is Sampledge's research project and sample management workspace for projects, quotas, suppliers, fieldwork, reconciliation and reporting.

How does PROJEXA handle quotas?

Quota cells are set in the project and tracked as they fill, so you can cap or redirect sources before a cell overfills.

Can I manage several sample suppliers on one project?

Yes. Each supplier gets its own links and redirects, with clicks, completes, terminates and drop-outs tracked separately.

Is PROJEXA a general vendor management system?

No. Its supplier management is built for research sample suppliers: links, status, counts and reconciliation per project.

Can vendors access their own data?

Role-based access and API keys let vendors see or retrieve information for their projects only.
